we only cover a warranty when‌ the TV has a manufacturer defect. A TV that has a physical defect‌ is not part ⁢of⁢ our manufacturer's defect. unluckily. Due to this⁤ matter, we regret to inform ‍you that we cannot ⁤honor your claim.

So your company manufactured a television with a faulty loose part, and you ⁣don't consider that a manufacturer's defect? this is nonsense.⁢ I call Amazon to ⁤complain, they said luckily you purchased ⁣an Asurion tv‍ protection plan. I call them ‌and they say the‌ same thing "we ⁢don't cover this type of defect". It's⁢ all a scam and they work together. Therefore, if you plan ⁢on buying⁤ this ‌tv, I highly ‍recommend that ‌you don't. Go with Sony, Samsung, or Insignia. I have had tvs with them for years and when I have a ⁤problem their companies either replace⁤ or repair your issue.

We have been trying different TVs for our RV for 2 years. The problem we kept encountering is the "Smart TV" design uses too high of an⁤ electrical load and the challenges with the "Smart TV" and PC TV's was ⁢not cohesive with ‍the travel trailer and our style of TV‍ relaxation. ⁢Then we found the Westinghouse TV. This is truly designed‍ for travel trailers. The mount allows us to store the TV flatter to the⁢ wall;⁣ the electrical load ⁣is only 20 - 25⁣ watts, we have a‍ great selection ‍of channels, the‌ sound is ⁢well balanced and we can hear ⁤the speech, a big plus is the Remote is Super Easy to use. We recommend this TV and hope that westinghouse will continue to keep it ‌in⁤ its manufacturing process.

I got⁣ what ⁣I wanted--a‍ small, non-smart but high definition TV. Not⁢ having bought ‌a new TV in a ⁤long time, I was a bit bewildered by the many possible⁤ ways things coudl be set ⁤up, but a helpful neighbor made‌ short ‍work ⁣of it, and all is well.

Video is very good however⁢ the audio is terrible. I added a decent sound bar that improved the ‌quality of⁣ the sound however the sound driver⁤ dose not‍ power adequate volume. ⁣I tested the‍ sound bar from my IPhone and it produces good ‌sound and ‍volume so it's the weak sound driver ⁣in the tv ⁣that is the problem.

great small TV and decent cost. It has more inputs and outputs than many larger‍ expensive TVs including three HDMI inputs.A very good remote ⁢control. Just the sound could be a bit louder. It has two sound outputs which I use‌ with⁣ a small soundbar, for much improved sound quality.
